Sistem Metal Yapı Advertising Materials and Construction Industry Trade A.Ş. was established in 2002 by the Peker Family, which has more than 60 years of experience in Corporate Identity (CID) studies and composite panel use. Its main field of activity is to produce and market aluminium composite panels.
ALBOND – Sistem Metal, which continues its activities within the body of Kemah Group, was the country distributor of aluminium composite panels from its foundation until 2004. In May 2005 it started production with a B2 class composite panel line and an annual capacity of 1,750,000 m² in its own production facilities. Thanks to the importance given to quality since its establishment, it has taken its place among the sought-after brands, especially in export, and has grown rapidly.
In 2010 ALBOND – Sistem Metal moved its composite panel production to the new factory in Tekirdağ Çorlu, a closed area of 30,000 m². With 4 composite panel production lines, classified in the A2, B1 and B2 incombustibility classes, production capacity rose to 7,500,000 m² per year, consolidating its position as the industry leader in manufacturing.
Composite panel production is ALBOND – Sistem Metal’s sole business. With its 4th line it became the first in Turkey able to produce 2-metre-wide composite panels. Alongside the composite panel lines, it operates an aluminium coil painting line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons and a paint production line established in its own facilities in cooperation with the world’s leading paint manufacturers. Slitting and cut-to-length lines complete the integrated production facility.
Awarded 5 times by the Exporters’ Association, ALBOND – Sistem Metal exports 45% of its production to many countries around the world, mainly in Europe (80% of exports go to Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, Poland and others). Ranking first in Turkey in the export of aluminium composite panels, it received the first prize (IMMIB) among the aluminium construction product manufacturers that increased their exports the most.
Since its establishment, Sistem Metal has been advancing as the pioneer and leader of its sector in Turkey, improving its place every year among Turkey’s largest industrial organisations (ISO 500). It works with all its strength to add value to Turkey and continues to grow in order to achieve new successes, in Turkey and in the world.

Quality management system
Our organisation started its activities to establish a quality management system based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard at the end of 2006. In a short time, in May 2007, the system was certified by the TÜV certification body. It was upgraded to the ISO 9001:2008 version in 2009 and to the ISO 9001:2015 version in 2018, and its continuity is ensured.
